Refund Policy

If you would like to exchange an item or get a credit note, please contact us directly. All returns need to be made within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thirteen-thirtyone.com.
In the event of receiving an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately. At this point you may be offered a refund or a replacement. If this is the case, we will refund shipping costs.
